Participation in this competition provides a realistic simulation of a two-step best value selections process which includes responding to a Request for Qualification followed by a Request for Proposal. The response is based on a real-world design-build problem project which requires the students to engage in the planning and execution of a design solution. This process tests skills like leadership, communication, problem solving and supports overall career development.

Membership Benefits
Participation in this competition provides an opportunity to use knowledge and skills acquired in several upper level courses in the Construction Management curriculum. This serves as a good way to tie together the entire educational experience.
