The purpose of this organization shall be to help facilitate a positive research experience for students within the graduate program of the Division of Biology.

Membership Benefits
The benefits of membership in this organization are to apply for travel and research grants only offered to members of the Biology Graduate Student Association, Inc., to share ideas and concerns with members of the Biology Graduate Student Association, Inc., to participate in committees that build professional development, and to engage in social events.
