Mission
The mission of Brazilian Student Association at Kansas State University is to integrate the K-State Brazilian community, support new members from Brazil in adjusting to campus life, provide language assistance for Portuguese speakers struggling with English, offer guidance and information for prospective K-State members from Brazil, assist current members with Brazilian-related issues, foster academic, professional, and cultural interactions between K-State and Brazilian institutions, and expose the Brazilian culture to the broader K-State community. Through these efforts, BRASA aims to create a welcoming and inclusive environment that enhances the academic, social, and cultural experiences of its members while promoting cross-cultural understanding and collaboration.

Membership Benefits
- Integration into the Brazilian community: Members have the opportunity to integrate with the Brazilian community at Kansas State University, fostering a sense of belonging and connection.
- Support for new members: The association assists new members from Brazil and their families in adjusting to life on campus and in Manhattan, Kansas.
- Language support: Members who speak Portuguese and face difficulties with the English language can receive assistance and support from the association.
