CSI Communication Channels Content Submission Form

Introduction

The Center for Student Involvement (CSI) have multiple communications available to share content with the K-State campus community. This form aims to help streamline the collection of content from outside of direct CSI operations; most channels occur within various features of OrgCentral unless indicated. The following outlines the various communication channels operated by the CSI along with a short description:
  
  • Homepage Customization - Graphic on the main web-based OrgCentral platform homepage which can be linked to a website, form, event, video, etc. Approved content should have a broad campus-wide appeal and impact. 
 
  • K-State Community Feed - Social media-style post visible to all users within the OrgCentral platform (web & mobile). Appoved content should have a broad campus-wide appeal and impact.
 
  • CSI Group Feed - Social media-style post visible to all users within the OrgCentral platform (web & mobile) who are listed as an officer within a group. Approved content should have a broad student organization leader appeal and impact.
 
  • CSI Update - Weekly e-newsletter sent to all users who are listed as an officer within a group. Approved content should be related to resources, programs, services, information, recognition, etc. that has a broad student organization leader appeal and impact.
 
  • CSI Digital Displays - Video screen graphics presented on television screens within the Center for Student Involvement lobby and at the Union Welcome Desk. Approved content should be related to campus involvement, student engagement, activities, events, etc. that have broad student appeal and impact.
  
CSI staff will make final determinations about the appropriate channel(s) for content submitted and reserve the right to deny a submission.
