Mission
Provides FCS Education Students with opportunities to engage in professional development, networking, and to ways promote the state and national themes of the Kansas Association of Family and Consumer Sciences (KAFCS), the American Association of Family and Consumer Sciences (AAFCS), Kansas Association for Teachers of Family and Consumer Sciences (KATFCS), and the Association for Career and Technical Education (ACTE) FCS Division. The unifying focus of Family and Consumer Sciences is an integrative approach to the relationships among individuals, families, communities, and environments in which they function.
