Mission
Sexuality and Gender Alliance (SAGA) at Kansas State University is a group committed to the ideals of equality, acceptance, tolerance, and diversity. We strive to provide a unique experience and place of acceptance to all persons of interest, whether you’re questioning your identity, in the process of coming out, out and proud, or a straight ally. SAGA welcomes all individuals that support the 2SLGBTQIA+ community and its members. We endeavor to educate and reach out to the K-State and Manhattan community to promote and gain support for non-discrimination organizations and businesses. Members of SAGA work together to fight all forms of discrimination, harassment, and violence. We strive to create a safe environment at K-State by educating students, faculty, administrators, law officials, and citizens of Manhattan about homophobia, transphobia, gender identity, sexual orientation, and the history of different 2SLGBTQIA+ groups and movements.

Membership Benefits
Sexuality and Gender Alliance provides our members with community and a safe space for the 2SLGBTQIA+ community and its allies. We provide intercultural learning about communities within the queer community and our allies, professional development, and campus-wide programming, such as the Annual K-State Drag Show and Ally Cats.
