The mission of HALO is to promote the Latino culture within campus and throughout Manhattan as a whole. Our goals are aimed to create student leaders that will uphold the well-being of the community and the student body while maintaining academic excellence.
Active Members get the opportunity to attend the United States Hispanic Leadership Institute conference in the Spring semester. They get to run for executive positions and vote for executive officers. Members also get a HALO t-shirt!
