Being part of a college rugby team offers a unique combination of athletic challenge, strong
community, and personal growth. Players build strength, endurance, and skill through competitive
training and games while forming close bonds with teammates through shared experiences on and
off the field. Rugby fosters leadership, communication, and resilience, helping players develop
confidence and mental toughness. The team environment also creates a strong support system that
extends into academics and social life. With opportunities to travel for matches and tournaments,
players gain exposure to different schools and cultures, all while being part of a tradition-rich, tight-
knit group that values respect, commitment, and camaraderie.
