On October 5th, Student Programs and Involvement held Advisors' Circle, where we covered the following topics;
Our name change! The Center for Student Involvement is now officially known as Student Programs and Involvement. You can click the link above to see the other name changes under the Division of Academic Success and Student Affairs (formerly the Office of Student Life).
Student Governing Association funding! Sports Club funding forms are now open until October 27th and will be considered the first or second weekend of November. Diversity Programming funds are also open and are accepted on a rolling basis.
Homecoming is October 22nd-28th! The theme this year is "Purple Dynasty"; you can find events here and you can forms here. Student organizations are encouraged to compete. Forms are due October 11th and there is a mandatory meeting on October 16th!
Union Program Council is open to collaborating with student organizations on events, so please reach out to them! They also encourage you to use Student Design Services and book spaces through the Union.
Student Well-Being! Here at K-State, we have Student of Concern reporting, our K-State CAPS counseling services. and TELUS (formerly mySSP) for student mental health needs.
