University colleges, departments, and recognized student organizations may use this form to register events hosted during Week of Welcome, January 20-25, 2026. Registered events will be reviewed by Student Programs and Involvement for inclusion in WOW marketing and communications.
Submission Deadlines
- Priority: December 16 - To be considered for print marketing and communications to inccoming students.
- Final: January 5 - To be included on website, social media marketing, and ongoing communications
