Ready to challenge yourself to try something new? The WellCAT Well-being Challenge is your chance to explore resources at K-State, focus on your well-being, and discover what helps you thrive.

During Health and Well-being Month in October, you are challenged to complete three out of the six activities below. From October 1 through October 31, the first 60 students who complete three of the following activities will receive a $50 gift card to the K-State Student Union. Visit "My Checklists" on OrgCentral for more information on how to complete the WellCAT Well-being Challenge.

1. PERMAH Assessment
2. Technogym Assessment
3. Recreation Services
4. Outdoor Adventures
5. Lafene Health Center
6. Mental Health Resources
