Student Association of Graduates in English (SAGE) will (1) advocate for and with graduate students on English department and campus matters; (2) improve the situation of English graduate students in all appropriate ways possible; (3) to provide an independent organized voice for the graduate students; and (4) make all graduate students feel heard, seen, and valued as a member of the English department.
-Encouragement and support of all matters concerning English graduate student involvement -Promotion and recognition of graduate students' research through English department events -Connections with faculty, alumni, and other scholars in relevant fields
