Activities Carnival will be hosted on August 27th from 6:00 - 8:00 PM in the K-State Student Union. Student organizations may begin set-up at 5:00 PM.
Submit the RSVP form before Noon on Tuesday, August 25th to have your group be pre-assigned a table.

Activities Carnival hosts over 200 organizations with over 5,000 attendees. As such, Activities Carnival provides an awesome opportunity for your organization to recruit new members!

How do I sign up for a table?

My group did not submit the RSVP, can we still get a table?
If your group did not submit the RSVP before the deadline, your group may still be able to get a table.
As long as we have tables available, we will allow organizations to check-in at the Welcome Desk on the first floor of the Student Union (by Radina's) starting at 5:50 PM. Preference will be given to organizations that have completed our recognition process for the academic year.
How do I check in?
Prior to the event starting, the member who submitted the RSVP form will receive an email with the group's table assignment. Starting at 5:00 PM, your group can begin to set up your assigned table for the event.
In order to check in, QR codes will be available for your group to scan and submit our short check-in form. Please note that Student Programs and Involvement will do a round to ensure groups are checked in and at the correct table prior to the start of the event.
What do I need to bring?
While Student Programs and Involvement do not require you to bring anything specific to this event, we have historically seen groups bring tablecloths, flyers/posters, and giveaways.
If your organization needs any reasonable accommodations, such as a chair, end table, or outlet; please let us know on the RSVP form. We cannot promise we will be able to meet all accommodations, but we will do our best to ensure you have a good experience.

Is there space outside for my organization?
As long as weather permits, we will have limited space available for organizations on Bosco Plaza during Activities Carnival. These spots will be available on a first-come first-served basis.
If your organization plans on bringing a vehicle or larger item (like a canoe or non-gasoline powered vehicle), please share the relevant information in the RSVP form.
