OrgCentral Transition: Important information for student organizations

Welcome to the new OrgCentral! 

We are excited to offer this new technology to support student engagement and student organization management!

This news article contains important information for registered student organizations. 
 

Please read this message thoroughly and take appropriate action to coordinate with your organization leaders and members.

1. Some information has automatically transfered to your new group page
   1. Only some organization information was able to be  automatically transfered to this new system: Organization names, rosters, and “about” descriptions.

2. Save information from old OrgCentral by Dec. 3 to avoid permanent data loss 
   1. Some organization information stored in the old OrgCentral technology did not transfer to your new portal: Documents, Files, News, Events, and Gallery 
   2. Organizations must manually save and transfer this infromation by Dec. 3 to avoid permanent data loss

3. Using the new OrgCentral
   1. Online videos and live training sessions will be offered in November to assist organizations in utilizing the new technology.
