Monthly meeting for student organization leaders to network with peers, participate in leadership development activities, and stay connected to Center for Student Involvement support and resources.
Grab a friend and get ready to go wild! UPC will be taking a spin around the zoo with free themed goody bags, admission to walk around the exhibits and a mini animal encounter!
Must be a K-State student (with ID) to register for the RSVP. Up to (1) guest (which can be child or spouse OR another K-Stater) may enter with a K-State registrant.
RSVPs must select a timed hour to enter, either 3-4pm or 4-5pm. UPC covered admission with RSVP is only valid during those time slots via check-in on site. Those arriving earlier than 3pm will not be accommodated and must pay full admission for entry. There will be no refunds or reimbursements for early arrivals.
This is not a private buy-out of the zoo, and will be conducted during normal operating hours on Fri. February 25, 2022. Please be respectful of other zoo goers.
Non K-State guests or additional visitors not covered by RSVP may purchase their own admission through the regular zoo ticket booth. Prices for adults are $6 per person, Children (ages 3-12): $4.00 per person, Infants (2 & under): Free.
Transportation from the university to Sunset Zoo will not be provided. Individuals are responsible for their own transportation.

Sruthi Narayanan Kutty and James E. Millsap have been named the recipients of the 2022 Distinguished Young Alumni Award.
The award, which was established in 2012, recognizes two Kansas State University graduates who are using the leadership and service experience they acquired at K-State to excel in their professions and contribute to their communities.
Narayanan is an assistant professor of crop physiology at Clemson University. She earned her master’s degree and doctorate both in agronomy from K-State in 2011 and 2015 respectively.
Millsap is manager of inclusion and diversity strategy for DICK’s Sporting Goods Inc. He earned a bachelor’s degree in agricultural economics from K-State in 2011.
