It's an opportunity for us to inform the public about the university, maintain contact with alumni and recruit new students. Displays will be located throughout the first floor of the K-State Student Union to maximize space and minimize congestion. We invite campus student organizations, campus partners and academic colleges to have a display in the Union. If you are interested in securing space in the Union, please fill out the request form here.
Mark your calendars: All friends and family from Kansas State University and the surrounding communities are invited to participate in the Division of Facilities' annual K-State Day of Service from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, March 30. As the name implies you and a small group of friends have just 48 hours to create an original story (2-6 minutes in length) of any genre. The film could be about anything, but must include three creative elements that are announced at the kick-off event.
48 hours later you return your film to be judged and prepped for the film festival exhibition and awards ceremony. All films will judged by professional filmmakers throughout the Midwest, and prizes will be awarded in several categories including the Audience Choice Award.
