ArtSci Commencement

We will need 4-6 ambassadors on-hand the morning of our fall graduation ceremony. You will be stationed around the concourse and will be responsible for helping students find their departments, answering questions with the help of a packet that will be provided for you, and assisting Malorie with the event. You will need to report no later than 7:20 a.m. and may leave by 8:45 a.m. Dress code is K-State shirt and nice jeans with nametag.
7:20 a.m. -8:45 a.m.
Check in at check-in table, find stations
Assist anyone who needs help finding their spot
Direct people to their designated areas
Start directing students down the stairs at 8:25 a.m.
Help the front desk get cleaned up at 8:30 a.m.
