Mission
Section 1: The organization shall be known as Bangladeshi Students’ Association. It can be also referred to as BSA in this constitution and its by-laws.

Membership Benefits
Section 1: The eligibility can be validated by any of the following criteria,
a. Enrolled students, postdoctoral researchers, teachers and other employees of Kansas State University, the birth or origin of whom can be linked to Bangladesh.
b. Individuals who share the goals mentioned in Article I, Section 2.
c. The immediate families (spouse/parent/children/sibling) of the people mentioned in Section 1a and 1b.
