EDCATS Council strives to foster the importance of a student-led organization dedicated to promoting professionalism, positivity, and connection within the College of Education. EDCATS Council's mission aims to further the interests of students in the College of Education, while encouraging creativity, growth, community, and enthusiasm within our university, as well as within our future educators.
- Professional Development Hours are provided to College of Education students for attending meetings and helping with events. - There are numerous opportunities to connect with the College of Education faculty and students. - EDCATS Council members may participate in student-led activities, student-led meetings, and College of Education events. - EDCATS Council members represent the College of Education in a positive manner, while being given the opportunity to have fun, engage with students and faculty, gain professional development hours, and grow as future educators.
