Mission
Our mission is to encourage teachers of music, especially in the private lesson form, and encourage lifelong learners and performers of music.

Membership Benefits
KMTA is a group of music teacher, primarily of piano, within the state. The KSU chapter has collaborations with those in the state chapter and is closely related to the Department of Music, Theater, and Dance as it provides unique opportunities for music education and performance experiences.
