Join Mac Lewison, Adjunct Instructor in K-State’s National Strategic Selling Institute and retired FBI Special Agent & Hostage Negotiator, as he leads an interactive workshop called the Creative Collaboration Initiative. Mac will share his process for collaborating with individuals and organizations primarily using LinkedIn, the professional networking and career development website and mobile application. It’s through LinkedIn he has created novel projects with authors, artists, craftsman, coaches, educators, and others to advance his passion for educating people about the benefits of adopting a Negotiator’s Mindset.

In the workshop, participants will learn the brainstorming and ideation processes, streamlined outreach strategies via LinkedIn, how to develop interesting & mutually beneficial project proposals, and how to execute on these project ideas.
