Many of us use social media to highlight the best aspects of our lives. However, the content posted by others can influence our own expectations of what life could or should be. Consuming social media can create unrealistic expectations and the desire for perfectionism that can harm our well-being. Rather than unplugging from social media altogether, this workshop will teach you strategies to reduce stress and anxiety that arise from social media use.
