Facilitated by Arianna Williams, LCPC, the Veteran and Military Affiliated counselor, each session features a variety of mindfulness activities every other week—such as guided meditation, breathing exercises, mindful movement, gratitude practice, journaling, or reflection and sharing.
After the activity, we’ll have a brief discussion to wrap up. Open to all students, with a special focus on veterans, this is a low-pressure space to recharge, practice stress-relief techniques, and connect with your well-being.
