WellCAT Chats are casual discussion-based sessions hosted by the Morrison Family Center for Student Well-being and Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS).

Suicide Prevention Week is a reminder that the conversations we sometimes avoid are often the ones that matter most. This WellCat Chat creates a safe, open space to talk honestly about mental health, emotional pain, and hope. We'll break down common myths about suicide, explore how to recognize warning signs in ourselves and the people we care about, and talk about how we can show up for each other. Whether you've been personally affected or just want to learn how to be a better support system, you're welcome here.

Registration is not required but appreciated.
