WellCAT Chats are casual discussion-based sessions hosted by the Morrison Family Center for Student Well-being and Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS).

We will talk about tech use and how it impacts our mental health. For some, it can increase mental health issues; for others, it is a lifeline to sociality. Research shows tech use impacts sleep, which impacts overall health. We will discuss what the research shows about doom-scrolling, the amount of time that is found to be healthy and offer some support to each other for finding balance with our devices!

Registration is not required but appreciated.
