Join us via Zoom for Mindfulness Moments, a session designed to help you start your day with calm and clarity. The event runs from 8:00 AM to 8:30 AM.

Facilitated by Arianna Williams, MS, LCPC, each session offers a variety of mindfulness activities every other week, including guided meditation, breathing exercises, gratitude practices, and more.

This event is open to all students, staff, and faculty. It’s a low-pressure event to recharge, practice stress-relief techniques, and focus on your well-being.
