📡 Get Licensed: Amateur Radio Exam Session at Hale Library
Details
Ever thought about talking to people across town—or across the world—without cell service or the internet? Amateur radio (ham radio) makes it possible. To join the ham radio community, the FCC requires you to earn a license, and we’re making it easy.
Kansas State University’s Amateur Radio Club (W0QQQ) is hosting an official FCC exam session right here at Hale Library. Whether you’re a student curious about wireless tech, a maker interested in electronics, or someone who just wants to be part of a global community of communicators, this is your chance to get started.
âś… No prior experience required
