Activities Carnival - RSVP is now open!

We will be hosting Activities Carnival in the K-State Student Union on Thursday, August 27th from 6:00 - 8:00 PM (with student organization check-in starting at 5:00 PM)!

Important things to note:

• Groups will be assigned a tabled based on their preferred category (as selected on the RSVP form).
• Preference will be given to student organizations that have completed their recognition with the University.
  • You can check your group's recognition status online here.
• SPI cannot guarantee requests for tabling next to a specific group will be accomodated.
• Outdoor spaces on Bosco Plaza may be available, weather permitting, on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Please ensure that your group has completed the RSVP form before Noon on Tuesday, August 25th!

We will be pre-assigning tables! After filling this form out, your organization will be assigned a table that will be visible on our map when you arrive on Thursday. Please note that this does not change the start time for student organizations arriving, please plan on arriving at 5:00 PM.
