Attention all Wildcat student leaders! The deadline for student organization recognition is approaching October 1st. We are asking that student organizations complete all steps of the recognition process, including president and advisor trainings, by October 1st. Any currently registered organization that does not complete the renewal process by October 1st will be set to an "inactive" status in the system. If you want to learn more about our recognition process, you can read more here.
Tamie Redding of the Alumni Association will talk to student leaders about how their organizations can be involved with the various events during Homecoming Week.
Kansas State University has partnered with The Bandana Project to continue a national campaign to spread suicide prevention and mental health awareness. This workshop is tailored to help students learn how to recognize and respond to signs of distress in their peers. Participants will learn about resources on campus and helpful listening skills. They will also have the opportunity to join the movement and receive resource cards and a green bandana to tie onto their backpack as a show of solidarity.
