Hello!
Each year we welcome a new class of K-State students to campus as they move into their residence halls. One of the best ways to start things off right and show that K-State is a place that cares, is by making that process as easy as possible for students and families and we have a long history of student organizations who volunteer during residence hall move in to welcome students to campus and help the move in process go smoothly.
We would love to have your group’s help if you are available and interested. Our first large move in day is this Saturday, August 16th for sorority recruitment participants. We are especially in need of help that afternoon in Ford Hall. Other larger move in days are Sunday, August 17th, Tuesday, August 19th and our largest day, Wednesday, August 20th. We welcome help for any and all of those days but we ask each group to fill out this survey so we can distribute our help across the residence halls when it is most helpful based on the move in schedule.
