Leadership Transitions

As we approach spring break and the second half of the semester, Student Programs and Involvement would like to offer you and your student organization resources on how to handle upcoming leadership transitions.

As your organizations get ready to bring in their new leadership, SPI has a series of resources for you to ease the transition, known as Passing the Torch. This series includes a YouTube video, a PowerPoint, and a guide that has;

• A sheet on how to prepare transition binders/files/notebooks
• An outgoing officer worksheet
• An outgoing officers major accomplishments sheet
• A student organization officer transition meeting outline
• An incoming officer to do list
• An incoming officers transition worksheet
• An incoming officers meeting agenda

All these resources are specifically set up to make sure that you and your student leaders have the most efficient transition possible!
