Guidelines
- Must be a recognized student organization in good standing with the University.
- All requests must be submitted at least 2 weeks before the event.
- The event must be held in Manhattan, Kansas.
- The event must be free for K-State students to attend.
- Preference will be given to events that are open to all K-State students.
- Product is to be given away and not sold for any reason.
- Preference will be given to events based on anticipated K-State student attendance.
- Free product is not to be used for private club meetings or events.
- Unused product must be returned to Student Programs and Involvement.
- The number of allocations previously awarded to a group in an academic year will be taken into consideration to allow all student groups to enjoy this benefit.
- Student Programs and Involvement reserves full discretion and final say in approving product allocation.
