KSU Student Group Fundraising Opportunities

Bill Synder Family Stadium - Football

  • Sections of the stadium are assigned for recycling cleanup - trash cleanup is handled by a separate group.
  • Make sure your organization shows up and brings at least the number of people you say you are going to bring.
  • Need to be responsible for work no matter the weather if you sign up.
  • Meet Vern under video screen in the southeast corner inside GATE "E". (No entry until the game is over).
  • Games are:
  • August 31st
  • September 13th, 28th
  • October 26th
  • November 16th and 23rd.

Morgan Family Complex - Volleyball

  • Cleanup is all materials, there is no recycling cleanup indoors.
  • Games are:
    • September 12th, 14th, 15th, 19th, 20th, 22nd, 25th, and 27th
    • October 5th, 24th, and 31st
    • November 13th, 15th, 24th, and 29th
  • Meet Vern at the Southeast corner of the Morgan Volleyball facility by the garage door.

Bramlage Coliseum - Men's and Women's Basketball

  • Cleanup is all materials, there is no recycling cleanup indoors.
  • Meet Vern at the Southwest Entrance of Bramlage. (No entry until game isver, student entrance is Southeast).
  • Games are:
    • October 29th (Men's Basketball) and October 30th (Women's Basketball
    • November 4th (WBB), 5th (MBB), 7th (WBB), 9th (MBB), 14th (MBB and WBB), 18th (WBB), 19th (MBB), 20th (WBB)
    • December 1st (MBB and WBB), 3rd (WBB), 5th (WBB), and 17th (WBB)

Compensation

  • Football pay is fixed based on the required time it takes for cleaning -- Figured at a $17.50/hr rate.
    • (Example: If you have an area that takes 10 people to clean in an hour, you will earn $175 if you bring 20 and clean in half an hour, you will earn $175).
  • Basketball and Volleyball rate is $15/hr., everyone will be credited with $15/hr. based on how many hours it takes for cleanup -- no fixed rates.
  • Checks will come from Make a Difference Foundation the first of each month unless requested otherwise.
  • Make sure to provide the address where you want checks to be sent
