We aim to connect pre-veterinary students with the College of Veterinary Medicine. Our club brings speakers from various backgrounds to stimulate interest in all areas of veterinary medicine. We are active in the K-State and MHK communities and want to promote a closer relationship between all of our members. The club also works to provide tools to be a competitive applicant and interviewee.
Members attend bi-weekly meetings with special guest speakers, hands-on labs, and experiences at KSU CVM. Members who have paid dues get a t-shirt. PVS hosts community service, social, and fundraising events for members to participate in, along with acting as an opportunity to meet like-minded individuals. Maintaining an active membership in this organization earns you a light blue chord for your graduation ceremony!
