This Leadership Development Workshop series is open to all graduate students.

Registration is due by Friday, Feb. 28.

This session is presented by Dr. Murry Streetman and Katie Buhler
Leading with strengths requires building awareness of self and others to drive positive change. This session will explore how a strengths-based approach to exercising leadership can be used to strengthen relationships and improve organizational culture. By focusing on the human nature of leadership, participants will learn how a strengths-based approach can shift patterns and address tough challenges within complex systems.

Through these sessions, you will build community and be introduced to frameworks designed to help you explore the role that leadership can play in your personal and professional lives. You will develop leadership competencies that will help you work with groups, teams, and communities to create change. We will engage in reflection and explore application of leadership learning to current and future roles.
