Join us as we listen to Dr. Rich Reading present at the Department of Entomology Seminar as our invited speaker! Light Refreshments provided.

Join us after our invited speaker as we announce the winners from the Art and Photo Competition, 3MT Competition, and our Popenoe Most Valuable Awards. Find out which faculty member will get a pie in the face! If you have attended other Mudge Week events and have completed your punch card, turn it in for a free t shirt!

Dine at QDOBA and show our flyer when checking out, and QDOBA will donate 25% of the profit to Entomology Academic Teams to support student travel to competitions!
10:30 AM – 12:00 PM
Watch as the students take on the faculty in the Entomology Games, a college bowl trivia style competition. Cheer on the students or root for the faculty in this annual tradition.
10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Join us in the K-State Libraries Special Collections for a viewing of C.V. Riley's artwork. Spots are limited, sign up through SignUpGenius at tinyurl.com/cvrileyart.

Watch as nearly a dozen Popenoe Entomology Club Members present their topics in 3 minutes using only a single static slide! Light Refreshments provided.
10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Stop by our table at the K-State Union from 10 am-12 pm or the Quad from 1-3pm to pick up some free pollinator information and seed packets!
6:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Join us for the kickoff of our Art and Photo Contest Gallery at the Manhattan Arts Center! Vote for your favorites! There will be a short lecture about Art and Insects and light Refreshments will be provided.

Bring in your spare change or dollars to WA 123 (or scan the QR codes on the jars) and drop it jar for the person you want to see dunk their head in a bucket of ice water! Representing the students is Popenoe President Rachel Johnson, and representing the faculty is Department Head Brian McCornack. The donation jars will be available all week, then attend the Awards Ceremony on Friday to see who has to dunk their head in a bucket of ice water. Donations will be matched up to $1500 funds raised will benefit the restoration of the work of C.V. Riley!
