WellCAT Chats are discussion-based sessions hosted by the Morrison Family Center for Student Well-being and Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS). This special WellCat Chat creates space for honest conversations about mental health, emotional pain, and hope. We’ll break down myths about suicide, talk about warning signs, and explore how we can support ourselves and each other. Whether you’ve been affected personally or just want to learn how to help, all are welcome. You matter, and so do the people around you.
This session is open to all students and will be led by experienced CAPS clinicians. We hope to provide students with a safe and supportive space to explore how to grow and get the most out of your therapy journey. Registration is not required by appreciated.
Food Provided (Lights snacks will be provided.)
