WellCAT Chats are discussion-based sessions hosted by the Morrison Family Center for Student Well-being and Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS).

Balancing midterms, projects, jobs, social life can be a lot! This month’s chat focuses on understanding stress, identifying burnout, and learning quick, evidence-based ways to manage pressure.

Registration is not required but appreciated.
