Saying yes to everything can be exhausting. This session focuses on what boundaries really are, why they’re hard to set, and how to protect your time and energy without feeling selfish or guilty. We’ll talk about boundaries with friends, partners, roommates, academics, and family, and also explore what it can sound like to say no in a healthy way.
Registration is not required but appreciated.
