All K-State students, faculty and staff are invited to a workshop with K-State alumnus Jon McGraw. As part of Health Promoting University week, join us for a workshop on creating a performance mindset and mindfulness.

Light refreshements will be provided. Registration is required and due by 5 p.m. Sunday, April 19.

During this workshop, participants will:
1. Explore techniques to build a strong performance mindset.
2. Learn strategies to practice mindfulness in daily life.
3. Identify opportunities to improve focus, resilience, and inner dialogue.

Jon’s Performance Mindset program has a proven track record of enhancing performance, resilience, and engagement by addressing life experience.

Jon McGraw, co-founder of Vision Pursue, K-State alumnus and former NFL player, will share how you can incorporate mindfulness and developing a performance mindset when working with students and into your day-to-day lives. Jon has worked with countless athletes and professionals and is excited to connect with faculty to explore how mindset can help improve performance and well-being (especially in this busy season of campus life!).

This event is sponsored by the Staley School of Leadership, Snyder Leadership Legacy Fellows, and the College of Business.
