Spring Week of Welcome Campus Planning Meeting

Student Programs and Involvement invites university colleges, departments, and recognized student organizations to plan and host events during Spring Week of Welcome, January 20-25, 2026. 

A campus-wide planning meeting will be held at 1 p.m., Thursday, December 4 in Union 114 (SPI conference room) and via Zoom. Attendees will learn more about the purpose and goals of Week of Welcome, as well as the pre-planned signature events, and marketing details. Guests who are considering planning events are encouraged to attend to streamline communication and planning. All are invited to attend. Please RSVP. 
 

Event Submission Deadlines

• Priority: December 16 - To be considered for print marketing and communications to incoming students. 
• Final: January 5 - To be included on website, social media marketing, and ongoing communications
