Graduate Student Leading Change Workshop: Leadership Coaching

This Leadership Development Workshop series is open to all graduate students.

Registration is due by Monday, March 10.

This session is presented by Dr. Andrew Wefald and Jessica Ramirez
To lead change requires us to see new possibilities. Coaching is a strategy for continual learning and courageous action. Participants will develop a coach-like stance as they learn how to ask powerful questions to support their own and others’ learning and development, as well as make progress on personal and professional challenges.

Through these sessions, you will build community and be introduced to frameworks designed to help you explore the role that leadership can play in your personal and professional lives. You will develop leadership competencies that will help you work with groups, teams, and communities to create change. We will engage in reflection and explore application of leadership learning to current and future roles.
