Promote the existence and welfare of the college and university bands and to cultivate at large a wholesome respect for their activities and achievements. Support women in music. Stimulate leadership both within the Kansas State University Bands and across campus. Foster a relationship with and serve the Kansas State University Bands.
Members experience sisterhood through connections made within Tau Beta Sigma. Within this organization, members are given many opportunities to lead and help their peers in the Kansas State University Bands. Members also gain necessary life skills including, but not limited to, service, planning, management, and leadership.
