Please be informed: K-State Student Organization Recognition for the current academic year, 2025-2026, will expire on May 8, 2026. To maintain active recognition status with the university, your student organization must re-register for the 2026-2027 year by May 8th.
The 2026-2027 registration for student organization recognition process is now open.
To begin the process of re-registration, please visit OrgCentral.
- Student organization officers should see a blue "Group Re-Registration" button on their group's dashboard, please submit the form through this page to request re-recognition.
- Once the registration form has been submitted, Student Programs and Involvement (SPI) will manually assign the President and Advisor listed their respective checklists. Please understand this as this is a manual process, it may take a day or so for us to get the checklists assigned.
- Once the checklist has been assigned, you will receive an email from our office with more information!

To review your organization's progress in the recognition process, you can view our RSO Registration Progress Report and find your organization's name (make sure you are on the 2026 - 2027 tab!).
