The Office of Recruitment and Admissions and the New Student Orientation team is excited to be welcoming the next incoming class of Wildcats over the summer and into August. To assist with our August programming we are looking to hire Welcome Ambassadors to serve as small group leaders during our K-State Kickoff events from August 15-18. These students will work 40 hours for $11.50 per hour. Students will grow in leadership skills, facilitation abilities, and serve as a mentor to the incoming students. ORA is looking to secure 100+ students to assist in creating a welcoming environment so feel free to spread the word far and wide to students who may be a good fit. If you have any questions, you can find out more here.
As we head into the end off the semester, Student Programs and Involvement would like to remind you to update your student organization rosters to help ease the transition into the new school year. You can find out more information here.
