University colleges, departments, and recognized student organizations are invited to plan and host events during Week of Welcome, August 19-25, 2024. Join our campus-wide planning meeting to receive important information regarding event expectations, registration deadlines, and more! Please sign in with your K-State eID to register. 

About Week of Welcome
Week of Welcome, or WOW, is a semi-annual university-wide event series designed to foster students’ sense of belonging, build community, and connect students to involvement opportunities and campus resources.  

Event Planning Assistance
Student Programs and Involvement staff are available to brainstorm program ideas and provide tips on best practices for WOW event planning. Please contact Student Programs and Involvement at studentinvolvement@k-state.edu for more information.

To submit an event for Week of Welcome, please complete this online form by July 12 to be considered for the print marketing campaign, or August 2 to be included in digital event marketing.  Learn more about event registration here.
