The KSU Student Chapter of the American Association of Equine Practitioners is an organization whose mission is to provide veterinary students with increased exposure to issues of special interest in the equine industry.

Success in competition is dependent on the concrete mix design, the canoe hull design, the canoe's performance in the water, and the team's technical report and presentation on the canoe.

We come from a variety of majors and backgrounds, but we have one common goal: improve the lives of patients through technology.

a. All members must be in good academic standing as defined in the University Handbook.
b. Full membership shall be limited to registered students of Kansas State University.
c, To be considered an active member, an individual must attend at least 50% of all
scheduled large-group meetings and special events each semester, unless the Secretary
excuses them from this requirement upon presentation of a valid conflict (such as a class
or lab).
d. A member is one who is currently enrolled at Kansas State University and working
towards any degree. Members have indicated their desire to join EMBS by notifying the
secretary upon meeting the qualifications in Article 2, Section 1.
e. Members who expected to pay for the full IEEE and EMBS membership fee will receive
priority placement in opportunities with limited space such as tours, design teams, and
conferences. (approximately $50 for January-December). (For the first year membership,
regular members have the opportunity of having their IEEE & EMBS membership fees
partially or fully covered, dependent upon the amount of funding received and the budget
for the current year.)

A. Regular membership. The regular membership of the Panhellenic Association shall be composed of all chapters of NPC fraternities at Kansas State University. Regular members of the Panhellenic Association shall pay dues per member per semester and the amount may be determined by the Panhellenic Council. Each regular member shall have voice and one vote in all Panhellenic Council matters. Each shall be referred to as a Regular Member and collectively they shall be referred to as the Regular Members.

B. Provisional membership. The provisional membership of the Panhellenic Association shall be composed of all colonies of NPC fraternities at Kansas State University. Provisional members shall pay no dues and shall have voice but no vote on all Panhellenic Council matters. A provisional member shall automatically become a Regular Member upon being installed as a chapter of an NPC fraternity.

C. Associate membership. Local sororities or national or regional non-NPC member groups may apply for associate membership of the Panhellenic Association. The membership eligibility requirements and the process for submitting an application and approval of the application shall be determined by the Board of Directors of the Panhellenic Association. Associate members shall pay dues per member per semester as determined by the Panhellenic Association. An associate member shall have voice and one vote on all Panhellenic Council matters except extension-related matters and, if they are not participating in Primary Panhellenic or Continuous Open Bidding recruitment processes, they shall not have a vote on recruitment rules and establishment or modification of Panhellenic total. An associate member may be expelled for cause by a majority vote of the Panhellenic Council. An associate member shall not be entitled to vote on the question of its expulsion.

The Sexuality and Gender Alliance (SAGA) of Kansas State University is a group committed to the ideals of equality, acceptance, tolerance, and diversity. We strive to provide a unique experience and place of acceptance to all persons of interest, whether you’re questioning your identity, in the process of coming out, out and proud, or a straight ally. The Sexuality and Gender Alliance welcomes all individuals that support those that belong to the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, and Queer community. We endeavor to educate and reach out to the K-State and Manhattan community to promote and gain support for non-discrimination organizations and businesses. Members of the Sexuality and Gender Alliance work together to fight all forms of discrimination, harassment, and violence. We strive to create a safe environment at Kansas State University by educating students, faculty, administrators, law officials, and citizens of Manhattan about homophobia, transphobia, gender identity, sexual orientation, and the history of different LGBT groups and movements.

Sigma Tau Delta is an International English Honorary Society that was founded in 1924 at Dakota Wesleyan University. The Society has over 800 chapters dispersed throughout the United States, Middle East, Caribbean, and Europe.

Kansas State's chapter, Alpha Theta Eta, was founded in 1998. The purpose of the Society is:

To give distinction for high academic achievement in English studies to undergraduate and graduate students, and professionals;
To promote interest in literature and the English language on campus the surrounding Manhattan community;
To foster and encourage the English studies discipline in all its aspects, including creative and critical writing.
