Practical Experience solving design problems including Mechanics of Materials, Aerodynamics, Stresses, Electronics, and Control Systems, as well as creating 3d Models and Designs within CAD Software. Opportunities to form connections with potential employers, as well as other students and faculty members from other schools and organizations. Experience using hand and machine tools to manufacture a Model Airplane and its various components. Access to the KSU AERO Club area of the design suite, including access to all of the equipment within. Funds for Airplane Creation and trips to Competitions.
Compete internationally with over 30 schools in an end of year competition
